2. The applicant is the original complainant. The applicant already has filed affidavit in reply stating therein that he does not wish to pursue the complaint filed by him. In view of the said affidavit in reply filed by the complainant it is obvious that the applicant is not interested in pursuing with this application. The application, therefore, is disposed of.

This matter relates to some application filed by Mr. Khosla but was not served on any party he had filed this application before the settlement. As he was not present in the court on 4th April and as Khosla is already on record stating that he does not wish to pursue the matter any more the court disposed off the matter…!!!
