SPEAKASIA WILL APPROACH TO SUPREME COURT TO PREPONE THE HEARING BEFORE SUMMER VACATION

Speakasia Panelists from across the country were waiting for 30 april for possible outcome of hearing pending in supreme court in which some of panelist had asked for resolution of ongoing controversy in speakasia online case .

But it can be called as bad luck that at 30th april hearing was not been take place . And had postpone to next date after vacation in july . This delay was heart breaking for some of panelist because they were so sure that they will get what they want . According to the lawyer’s  representing speakasia and panelist they have said that they will try to prepone the hearing before summer vacation  of supreme court starts . And according lawyer’s they said this hearing will be the milestone decision for speakasia due to some confidential reason they were unable to answer the question what a panelist expect from next hearing they said something very good is on the way .

According to some senior panelist they have claimed that  the business restart is just one step away .They say ,”   only the release of the website from EOW mumbai is required from to restart the business because all governmet agencies are ready to solve this issue all of them are just waiting to find any conclusive verdict from supreme court  .”

According to lawyer’s if date prepone then the next hearing would take place after 7th may .
