1. Exit Option Launched – 1 August, 2011. yahan se pata chala ki company paisa dena chahti hai aur is tak pahunchne ke raaste itne asaan nahi hain. Lekin yeh duniya me liya gaya apne aap me ek adbhut kadam tha jisey Apex court ki taraf se aagey badhaya ja raha hai.

2. Mediator Appointed – 14th November, 2011. Hon supreme court ne maana ki yeh ek vivaad hai aur isey aapasi baatcheet se suljhaya jaana chahiye, jiske liye lahoti sir ko mediator appoint kiya gaya. Yeh bhi ek rarest of rare step tha jo hamare he favour me hai. Agar Apex court company ke against koi negative decision de deta to hum kahin ke nahi rehte aur phir sochte ki kash aisa na hua hota.

 3. Amount Deposited – 20th Feb, 2012. Company ne 50 crore ( DD no. 037002, State Bank Of India, Singapore Branch) Supreme Court Registry me deposit kiye. Agar company beiman hoti to ek bhi paisa nahi deti. Court tak aati he nahi. Hon. Supreme court ka company se paisa accept karna he bahut bada positive step hai kyunki is tarah har company se paisa accept hone laga to phir judiciary ka koi matlab he nahi reh jayega. Iska matlab yeh hai ki Speakasia ki image judiciary me achhi hai.

4. Stay on investigation – 21st March, 2012. Navneet khosla ne apni complaint wapas li aur uski wajah se ho rahi investigation aur arrests par stay laga. Jiski wajah se panelists aur company officials safe huye jisse ki wo Speakasia ko wapas laane ka kaam aur teji se kar sakein.

5. Saol is not an Indian Company – ab isme aisa hai ki company indian nahi hai, jab writ 383/2011 in Supreme Court me usey party banaya gaya to usko reply dena zaruri nahi tha kyunki saol Indian Jurisdiction me nahi aati, lekin SpeakAsia ne wahan reply diya aur 50 crore deposit bhi kar diye. Ab govt. agencies ko hisaab lagaana hai ki kisko kitna aur kaise dena hai. So the delay is not from Speakasia. it’s our judicial process that is li’l bit slow but it’s working. Andhra CB-CID ki charsheet file hone par ab unki investigation band ho chuki hai. Charges hain 406 aur 420. Jis F.I.R par yeh investigation thi, wo speakasian nahi hain. Apex court ki favourable observations ko hum nakaar nahi sakte.

In Andra Pradesh FIR was Filed By Sri M.V.Syam Sundar Secretary of Corporate Frauds Watch Society Vijayawada under Indian Penal Court Section ( IPC-420 ) - As For Information Section 420 is For Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property in CID Police Station on 21 June 2011 which FIR Number is 30/2011. Which lead to freezing of franchise account, stay on arrest of company officials has been given in this case. SLP 7509-7510/2011 in sc deals with this matter

Tarak sir name is involved in all above criminal cases that makes them very imp to be squashed for restart

In 383 order of 14 nov 2011 the matter is no more a criminal case but a dispute between various parties for which a mediator has been appointed to solve the dispute , company has deposited 50 Cr in SC in advance before the liability is finalized. now on 8 aug its for final disposal

For demanding the registration company need to make a statement that “ all the cases filed against us have been squashed and the amount ascertained by mediator has been deposited in sc “ without this statement no govt body can dare to give registration to Speakasia online Pvt. Ltd. This makes each and every case imp in itself

We are on the tail part in 383 and 3611 and 7509/7510 where results r expected first. If one of the case gives favorable results rest will follow . There is a chance where fir 60 in 3611 is expected to get squashed on 18 July 2012 ,but if it end in hearing on affidavits only then on next hearing expecting around 1st or 2nd week of aug it might get squashed.

If we get the fir squashed on 18 July 2012 hearing it will help to get back the website and finalize the exit and deposit the payment amount in sc cases 383. And this will also help in getting the remaining fir squashed soon after that, then there is possibility that exit can be finalized before hearing of 383 and on 1st hearing of 383 we can get the order of distribution of payment. This makes 3611 imp where things can be finished early and registration process can begin in aug

if fir 60 is not squashed before 8 aug then on first hearing we expect sc to give the order for website and finalize the total due and in 2nd hearing its distribution. Once the amount is deposited then all other criminal cases can be squashed, here 383 will play a imp supporting role to squash the criminal cases without which we cannot get registration. Depending on the dates of all cases and all ifs and buts we expect these thing to get over in sept . Then begins the process of registration could be in sept or October. Today it was a great day for us...After a long long time now i can feel that there is a word called "JUSTICE" in judiciary because of some great judges like Justice Khanwilkar whose bench was done for today

Eow came for the hearing today and were questioned by Justice Khanwilkar that HOW AND WHERE DID THEY GOT THE PERMISSION FOR INVESTIGATION BY SC for which eow was unable to answer and were confused about it and said there was some miscommunication that has happened

Apart from this TIMES OF INDIA was also taken in loop for publishing false and baseless news about our company in their so called fake newspaper...EOW's request for investigation on our company was refused by the GOD OF JUSTICE...And now the matter has been listed for 3rd JUL for hearing...

An application is likely to get filed against TIMES OF INDIA for publishing False news in their fake newspaper which everyone must have read few days ago...

Regarding AP case the good thing that happened is that the bench will be changed which means that our hearing in AP will be heard soon without any more delays and we can expect some relief as and when heard by the new bench

So friends stay united and keep informing your downlines and team by any source about the happenings which is going on as now it seems that things are coming back on track with great justification looked upon on 3rd Jul now

Mumbai Economic Offences wing Given court go-ahead to probe SpeakAsia ‘fraud’

MUMBAI: The Bombay high court on Wednesday permitted the economic offences wing (EOW) to carry on with its probe into the alleged cheating case entailing multi-level advertising business, SpeakAsia. A few of the backers, known as panelists, had certainly filed a request in the HC stating it was a civil row and also not a criminal case.

Good Evening Speakasians !!!

Once again after a long time our best friend TOI have started with their false and baseless news to create rumour and panic amongst all our family members…Now it should be well known to all of us that as per the news reporter of TOI talks without any proof and create baseless stories on request of some people who does not want our things to happen fast and all they look is to break our unity by their false reporting…

Now i would like to tell all that things are very flexible and uncertain with us we need to see what outcome comes on hearing which is coming on Monday for AP HC and also the hearing for MHC which is said to be on 28th jun instead of 2nd jul now…We need to see how much relief we can get from these two hearings scheduled to happen…

Now another thing that i came across that some Anti-Speakasians are trying to spread some message through SMS which was sent to some panelist and the message was from TD-SPEAKASIA and was sent in Jharkhand and Punjab to some panelist…The message is not true and should be made aware to all speakasians to stay away from such kind of rumours which is spreaded through Email,sms and other sources to create panic amongst all ….STAY AWAY FROM IT

Friends i would like to inform all that please do not believe in baseless news and rumours spreaded by Media and other channels sources as we all are part of the company and we should be with it strong and positively…

Believe only on our company communication which shall arrive soon after some outcome is comes from HC or any step taken forward by the company which they will be pleased to inform…

Our company is giving its best efforts to restart the business based on outcome of court hearing and govt. authority so if any outcome happens only then some communication will come from the company for all our awareness…Rest please everyone take care of yourself and wait for some outcome from the Govt…

OUR PATIENCE IS LEGENDARY AND WE SHALL AWAIT FOR THE DAY WHEN WE SHALL CELEBRATE WITH PRIDE AND HONOUR AND THE WORLD WILL SEE THAT AS THE BIGGEST CELEBRATION OF A GREAT REVOLUTION !!!

Remember One Thing : Before 8th August 2012 without Supreme Court’s Decision nothing will happen….

This meet was a very promising meet where we not only got all our questions answered to the satisfaction but got crisp and concrete information as well.

Highlights Of The Meet Are As Follows:

    Question - When Will ALL The Problems Be Solved ??
        The management never gave us an answer like "Very Soon" or "In Some Time" or "6-8 weeks". Infact the answer was Very Crisp. We all have been given a deadline. 
        Ans Given - ALL Problems WILL Be Fixed By 27th July Max.
        This is an eXcellent ray of hope for all of us. Its very much sure now that we wont be having any problems left after 27th July, BUT, this does Not mean that all problems will be solved only on 27th of July. The company is trying their best to ensure all problems are solved before 27th of July itself, however, 27th of July is a deadline for the resolution of all problems, max to max.
        
    Question -     When Will We Get Our Payments ??
        This answer again was very crisp and to the point.
        Ans Given - All payments will be opened before 27th July, without fail
        Opening a bank account for such huge transactions which involved Foreign Remittance definitely needs time for the setup. Its not like opening a SAVINGS bank account. Along with all this there are certain applications which needs to be developed in order to facilitate the smooth transactions. This entire process can take upto 8 weeks which ,when calculated, will be done before 27th of July.
        This does Not mean that we will Not get payments before 27th July. Company is trying its best to set up an escrow account with UOB bank itself, This ideally takes approx 2 weeks, and if all goes well the escrow account will be setup in next 8 days time. However, if UOB does not agree for the escrow account setup, SAOL will continue trying for the setup with UOB bank itself ALONG with the new bank account setup done.       

        Question - When Is Company Getting Registered In India ??
        Another Crisp Answer We Got
        Ans Given - Company WILL get registered in India max to max by 1st week of August.
        This does not mean that company will Not get registered before the time mentioned. Its the deadline which has been given, however the company's putting in their entire effort to see that get registered before that time itself.
        Explanation - Company had all plans of getting itself registered in the month on June itself and they are still trying to get registered in the month of June itself but due to the closure of bank account the dates had to be pushed. This is as per the requirements and formalities.

        Question -     Who Is The Owner Of SpeakAsia ??
        Ans Given - SAOL is owned by Podium International at British Virgin Islands, which is a registered and a very legal company. However, There is No doubt that the parent organization and the governing body of SAOL IS Haren Ventures only.
        Perception - If we pay 11k which goes out of our nation, be it Singapore OR British Virgin Island, how are we getting affected by this ???
        Podium International is a legal company and it owning SAOL is in no way illegal.
        Question - When Will e-Shopping / e-commerce Start ?
        We do not have a fixed date but as per our information and the officials statements e-shopping will start by 25th June. Company is trying to kick start this at the earliest, however, this might be postponed for some time.

        Question -    Who Are Your Clients ??
        A VERY Crisp and Satisfactory answer given here too, we all were impressed.
        Ans Given - Whatever happens, we would never disclose our clients name in public. However, the entire client list has been submitted in High Court with a sealed NDA. Anyone who wants to know the names of the clients can directly approach court, sign the NDA and see the client list.
        All media corespondents were offered to sign the NDA and see the client list but none came forward

    Question -    How Many Panels/Accounts Can I Have ??
        Many people have this misconception that one person can take a max of 3 accounts. This has actually been misinterpreted. Once person can only have one account in HIS/HER NAME and 2 more accounts can be taken using the same contact details but different name.
        Ans Given - You cannot have more than one account/panel in your name. SpeakAsia has never/nowhere said that anyone can take more than one account. This has either been misinterpreted or mis-selling has been done
        You can have only one account in your name - HOWEVER - you can get 2 more panels for your family members by using the same contact details while registration, BUT, you need to be very careful in realizing the fact that all three accounts/panels MUST be in 3 different persons name.
        
    Question -    What Is The Update On Investigation of RBI and other Govt Authorities ??
        Ans Given - There has been NO approach done by any of the govt authorities asking/intimating/questioning SAOL about their business model or way of operation. Its SAOL themselves who have approached these authorities proactively and explained them their way of operating; Business Model and Working Model and all the authorities have given a green signal that there is no issue with SAOL and they can continue working the way they are.
